Your satisfaction is our focus. Should an item not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. You can find out how to exercise your right of withdrawal here.

Please proceed as follows (suggested procedure):

Put the article you wish to return back into the shipping box
Seal the package reliably for return shipment
Please frank the package sufficiently and send it to the following address:

As soon as we have received the returned goods and checked their condition, we will refund the purchase price immediately. Depending on the method of payment:
- in case of purchase by payment in advance the refund will be made immediately after receipt of the goods to your bank account. The bank transfer usually takes 1-4 working days.
- in case of payment via PayPal the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account.
- for credit card payment the refund to your credit card account. The balance will then automatically appear on your next credit card statement.
